The biggest threat to Reliance Jio's move to telecom sector
has been Airtel's kingship. In this case, Airtel has no choice but to answer
the challenge of Reliance Jio. That is why Airtel is bringing a new Recharge
plan every other day, or upgrading the old plan. Earlier this week, Airtel had
made its Recharge pack of 149 rupees and 399 rupees more beneficial for the
customers. Now Airtel has made changes to its plan for Rs 199, Rs 349, Rs 448
and Rs 509, now these plans come with more data. Customers will now get 1.4 GB
data for use in daily tariff plan of Rs 199, Rs 448 and Rs 509. At the same
time, customers who choose an Airtel plan of Rs 349 will find 2.5 GB of data
for every day use. Upgraded tariff plans are available on my Airtel app and
website.
It is worth noting that Reliance Jio had introduced new
plans with 1.5GB 4G data per day in the first week of the year itself. These
are 198, 398, 448 and 498 rupees. Earlier, at the same price, there were plans
with 1 GB data. Airtel has made plans worth Rs 199, Rs 448 and Rs 509 in
response to the same plan.
The validity of Airtel's tariff plan of 199 rupees is 28
days. This means that customers will get a total of 39.2 GB data to be used in
3G / 4G speeds. Customers will get 1.4 GB of data every day for 82 days in the
Rs 448 plan. In this way the total data will be 114.8 GB. At the same time, the
validity of the plan for Rs 509 is 90 days. Now this plan comes with a total of
128 GB data.
Apart from this, Airtel has upgraded its Rs 349 tariff plan.
So far, this plan came with validity of 28 days and 2 GB data was given for use
every day. But now the customer will find the data for 2.5 days at 2.5 GB. In
this way, now customers will get a total of 70 GB data packs in the 349 pack.
All these plans of Airtel come with unlimited voice calls.
Apart from this, 100 SMS is also free every day. Free calls will also be
enjoyed in roaming.
